1.2. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from us. By accessing or using this website or by placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any policies expressly incorporated into them.
1.3. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the website, including visitors and customers. Please read them carefully before using the website or placing an order. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these and Conditions. If you do not agree to all the and Conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.

2.1. You may only use the website for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

2.3. You must not use the website to infringe the rights of Paper Stories or any third party, including intellectual property rights or to introduce viruses, malware or other harmful code.
2.4. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
2.5. An order placed through the website constitutes an offer by you to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline an order, including where a product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing or product-description error, or we are unable to fulfil the order for another legitimate reason.
2.6. An order will be considered accepted once we have confirmed the order and, where applicable, received payment, subject always to our rights under these Terms and applicable law.
2.7. If we are unable to fulfil an accepted order, we will notify you and provide an appropriate remedy where applicable.
SECTION 3 – PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION
3.1. We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, dimensions, prices and other information on the website are accurate. However, minor differences may occur between images displayed on your screen and the physical product you receive.
3.2. Colours may appear differently depending on your monitor, device and display settings. We cannot guarantee that the colour displayed on your device will exactly match the physical print.
3.3. Our frames are made from natural timber or other specified materials. Natural timber may contain variations in grain, tone and texture. Such natural variations are not necessarily defects.
3.4. Product dimensions are stated on the relevant product page. Minor manufacturing tolerances may occur.
3.5. We reserve the right to discontinue products, change product specifications or update product information. Such changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted except where permitted or required by law.
3.6. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.
3.7. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or Services that we offer.
3.8. Where an artwork is shown in a room setting or lifestyle image, the surrounding furniture, frame, wall or other items are for illustrative purposes only.
3.9. This site may contain certain historical information. Historical information, necessarily, is not current and is provided for your reference only. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site.
SECTION 4 – MODIFICATIONS TO THE WEBSITE
4.1. Products sold by Paper Stories are made to order and are produced specifically in accordance with the options selected by you. You are responsible for checking your chosen artwork, size, frame, finish, quantity and delivery details before placing your order.
4.2. Once production has commenced, an order may not be capable of being cancelled or changed, subject to your rights under applicable law and our Refund Policy.
4.3. If you provide incorrect information when placing an order, including but not limited to, product selection, dimensions, frame finish or quantity, we may not be able to correct the order once production has commenced. Any remedy will be subject to applicable law and our applicable policies.
SECTION 5 – PRICES AND PAYMENT
5.1. Prices displayed on the website are those applicable at the time the order is placed, unless there is an obvious error.
5.2. We reserve the right to change prices from time to time without notice. Price changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted, except where permitted by law.
5.3. Payment must be made using the payment methods made available through the website. Your payment may be processed by a third-party payment provider.
5.4. We may refuse or cancel an order where payment is unsuccessful, fraudulent or unauthorised, subject to applicable law.
SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
6.1. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
6.2. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
SECTION 7 – DELIVERY
7.1. Delivery times displayed on the website or provided after purchase are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
7.2. Production and delivery times may vary depending on the product selected, order volume, delivery destination and circumstances outside our reasonable control.
7.3. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact details.
7.4. If an order cannot be delivered because incorrect or incomplete information was provided by you, additional delivery charges or other reasonable costs may apply where permitted by law.
7.5. If a product is damaged in transit or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible using the contact details provided on the website. Your rights in respect of damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied goods are subject to applicable law and our Returns, Refunds and Cancellations Policy.

9.1. Unless otherwise stated, the artwork, photographs, illustrations, designs, logos, text, graphics and other content made available through the website are owned by or licensed to Paper Stories and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2. Purchasing a print or other product from Paper Stories does not transfer copyright or any other intellectual property rights in the underlying artwork or other content to you.
9.3. You may display a purchased print for personal use, but you may not reproduce, scan, copy, distribute, commercially exploit or create derivative reproductions of the artwork without the appropriate rights holder’s permission.
9.4. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit any Paper Stories website content without our prior written permission.
SECTION 10 – PROHIBITED USES
10.1. In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms and Conditions, you are prohibited from using the website or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances; (d) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (e) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability; (f) to submit false or misleading information; (g) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the website or of any related website, other websites, or the Internet; (h) to collect or track the personal information of others; (i) to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape; (j) for any obscene or immoral purpose; or (k) to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the website or any related website.
