All Paper Stories pieces are custom-made to order according to the size, artwork and frame selected at  the time of purchase. For this reason, we do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, incorrect selections or orders placed in error.

Please carefully check your artwork, size, frame finish and delivery details before placing your order. Paper Stories is not responsible for orders placed incorrectly or in error by the customer.

 

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us promptly after delivery and provide photographs of the item and packaging. Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement or another appropriate remedy.
