When will I receive my order?

Accepted Answer

Prints are generally dispatched within 3–5 working days, while framed pieces are typically dispatched within 7-10 working days.Orders are shipped on weekdays, excluding public holidays. During particularly busy periods, production may take a little longer so please allow an additional few working days for your order to be completed. For unexpected delays we will keep you updated with any changes to your estimated dispatch time.

What paper do we use?

We print on premium 230 GSM Felix Schoeller Hi-White paper. It's bright white tone and excellent ink absorption produce sharp detail and rich colours, while the heavier weight gives each print a high-quality feel. The smooth matte finish also helps reduce glare making it ideal for both framed and unframed prints.

What frames do we use?

Our frames are made from high-quality hardwood timber, with our natural ash frames crafted from American Ash and our black and white frames made from Duco-stained Obeche timber. Each frame is custom-cut to size and includes the glass, specialised backing and hardware needed to hang your artwork. We use 3mm clear glass paired with a sturdy 3mm MDF backing to provide added protection and durability.

All pieces are made to order and customised specifically for each purchase. As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges and all orders are non-refundable.Please ensure that your order details and selections are correct before completing your purchase. Orders that are placed incorrectly or in error and have already been manufactured cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded. Paper Stories is not responsible for items produced or delivered in accordance with an incorrect order.
